Flying Doughman game review. For those who are crazy about Pacman and not only.

Cool! New game! New game? Pac-like-man is a new hero? Hah! What did you say? 3D? 3D Pacman? I'd better see it with my own eyes!!!

The Story so far

Once upon a time, an old childless woman lived in the woods. She was so alone and did not have even friends. So decided to make something that could relieve her dull days. So, she made dough and cooked two pretty koloboks - a girl and a boy. She called them Dough-boy and Dough-girl. They were so cute! Everything was good - the old woman was very happy when she was watching the smiling faces of her grandchildren who always played

together on the green sunny lawn, and kids enjoyed the company of each other and helped the old woman. But it would be a true fairy tale if there was not an bad hero. Once an evil wind sprang up through the forest and carried off the Dough-girl. That wind was a servant of a Wicked Sorcerer who put the girl in a guarded room at the top of the tallest tower in his Dark Castle. That is how the story of this adventure began...

Sounds as the beginning of a great adventure for all Pac addicted players!

Hmmm... let's see what we have here... Handsome Doughboy hero is on his way to the Dark Castle to save his beloved. I bet you've never seen such a story in Pacman style games. Take your chance - join brave Doughboy in his dangerous and unforgettable adventures. Though I like puzzles and arcades I couldn't miss my chance to see what can be new in Pac story, especially given the fact that it is 3D story.

The Gameplay.

The game totally immerses you into the Dark Castle from the very start. You've just entered the Castle with your little friend. First floor. First room. Ready? Go!
Heró you can understand why the game is called Flying Doughman. It is the Sorcerer's Castle and there is magic all around. Our Doughman has the ability to fly up to the ceiling. Hey! Do not relax! He can fly but not to the top of the Castle where his belowed is waiting for him.
Doughboy has a secret weapon so that he can shoot all the enemies on his way (I know, not all Pacmen do so:). Here is the place you can forget that it is a Pac story - great 3D graphics and level designs make you feel like playing the real quest. I was greatly surprised to notice it all at once, the game's caught all my attention.

To make Doughman fly is as easy as rule one's broomstick if you were some Harry Potter. It takes time to feel the right way to push the buttons. Your task is to come through every room on the floor, picking up all the bonuses, hearts ( that give you extra lives) and all the stuff that you'll need the next floor. And you climb up floor by floor facing huge spiders lying doggo in the dark corners and sewing strong nets; bats attacking from nowhere; ghosts are appearing in the passages. Dozens of dungeon levels each of which is unique and one-of-a-kind, hundreds of traps, obstacles, pits, stairs, ladders, and secret rooms - all this is just a tiny part of the things that fill up the 3D space of the Dark Castle.

Controls and interface.

Game controls are few in number and are simple - you use the cursor to move Doughman and make him fly, Ctrl button to use magic weapons, and F8… to die. Yes, sometimes, you may find yourself trapped in some weird nowhere-to-run trap with the only option to die and resurrect in the same room. But don't worry - there are lots of life-saving bonuses and game save option. This allows you to study some hard room and pass it after thorough investigation. The game also has such common options as Sound and Music volume controls, and the option to change resolution.

Finally, we can say that this lively game is a real treat for all Pacman fans!
